On behalf of our client an industry leader in automation and controls, Randstad is recruiting for individuals who are passionate about creating flexible workspaces, custom tools and overall innovative robotic/automated solutions to solve all kinds of situations. Senior System Engineer Job Overview:
  • Continually research new innovative technologies to assist with current & future
    applications
  • Analyze and create the functional requirements of projects to ensure that they meet
    customer requirements, safety and ergonomic standards
  • Analyze system specifications for purchased systems on applicability of function and method of integration
  • Review processes, identifying potential process errors
  • Understand, create, update, and test functional requirements for the projects
  • Attend meetings for project kick off, concept reviews, design reviews, perform testing of machines and processes for applications
  • Weekly meeting with systems group to discuss group initiatives, priorities, workload, address any current issues or inefficiencies within the group and generate solutions
Senior System Engineer Requirements:
  • A passion for creating and implementing efficiencies using automation and controls’
  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 5-10 Years’ experience in automation/ custom machine solutions
