Our client in the London area has partnered with Randstad Engineering in their search for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team!
In this role, responsibilities would include:
• Implement and approve Supplier Quality Audits
• Conduct audits of Supplier Quality System and internal audits
• Liaise directly with Customers and Suppliers
• Ensure all material released by the QA department has authorization and traceability
• Control and provide disposition of non-conforming material
• Calibration and Control of Gauges and measuring equipment
• NCR, RGA, REWORK, FMEA, Corrective Action implementation
• Provide and maintain internal quality system.
• Control and evaluate materials to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Provide monthly RGA and NCR Statistics
• Create and Provide First Articles, PPAP etc.
As a qualified candidate, you meet the following requirements:
• 5+ years of Quality Assurance Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in Quality Audits
• Post secondary education in related field
• Capability of controlling and maintaining product files with supporting documentation
• Knowledge and or Experience of AS9100 / ISO-9001 standard
• Experience in providing and maintaining a quality system
