Market Research Analyst
StarTech.com is looking for a Market Research Analyst to join the Market Research team at our Corporate Office in London, Ontario. Research and market intelligence collected by the Market Research Analyst impacts business decisions across several departments including Marketing, Product Management, and Product Development.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Market Research, the Market Research Analyst will analyze, report, plan and implement based on external market data. Data collected could include information focused on our strategy, customers, competitors, new product ideas, and market trends. The qualified candidate will demonstrate resourcefulness, drive, novelty of vision and a desire to solve problems.

- Conducting research/development activities
- Collecting and analyzing data, and interpreting results to evaluate the StarTech.com strategy execution within our partners
- Preparing technical reports and documenting outcomes
- Identifying and monitoring opportunities and threats by researching market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales
- A passion for research and data analysis (Google Analytics an asset)
- An analytical mind, and a knowledge of statistics
- Intermediate to advanced excel capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to outline findings and explain assumptions
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
