STIHL Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ANDREAS STIHL AG & Co. KG in Germany and is the number one selling brand of outdoor power equipment in Canada, has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator at our Head Office in London, Ontario.

You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of consumer marketing initiatives to achieve yearly sales objectives in homeowner product categories.  Campaigns under your direction will include print, flyer programs, product catalogue and dealer communications.

Working closely with other members of the marketing team and our external agency you will be responsible for developing and implementing seasonal programs, and be the catalyst with other cross-functional staff to ensure brand and program objectives are met.

The flawless and on-time execution of marketing programs will be a priority.  Attention to detail is critical as campaigns will be high impact with national exposure.

Requirements

• University graduate with a minimum 3 years’ experience in product marketing.
• Bilingual is an asset.
• Familiarity with creative software suites is needed.
• Solid analytical skills needed to manage complex programs.
• Knowledge of the print industry and experience negotiating with vendors is preferred.
• Good judgment, problem solving skills and ability to apply practical creativity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to interact with dynamic internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
• Must be able to follow corporate direction and policies promoting excellence.
• Knowledge or experience in the outdoor power equipment industry would be an asset.
