We are recruiting for an Engineering Manager for an automotive manufacturing company. You will be responsible for the management of all plant engineering, plant facility and maintenance activities, as well as implementation of best practices.
 
Duties will include:
Managing the design and improvement of manufacturing processes to meet production requirements and managing the design of line layouts.
 
Instruct and oversee employees in the dismantling, move and set-up of equipment, and in the scheduling and implementation of all aspects of equipment and tooling maintenance, maintenance plans, new projects, and process improvements.
 
Also responsible for managing and implementing cost savings initiatives for the plant facility and production equipment. 
 
Requirements:
BSc. Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is essential. Must also have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Management Engineering and Maintenance Role in an Automotive Manufacturing setting. Experience with line layout and engineering controls also required.
