Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the HRMS Coordinator will be pivotal in the College’s transformational direction through the provision of specialized IT knowledge and support applications for the HR strategic initiatives.

Working with a variety of clients, this position will analyze business processes and client needs to identify systems and service solutions. The HRMS Coordinator will manage and lead needs analysis and implementation activities as they relate to the College’s Human Resources software solutions. In addition, this individual will combine their technical and HR business acumen to implement a new state-of-the-art HR information system for the College.

To qualify for this unique and highly valued opportunity with Fanshawe College, the successful candidate must hold a post-secondary education in Information Systems or Human Resources with 5+ years’ experience working within a large, complex organization leveraging HR data. Additionally, your superior communication skills will be central in redesigning how HRMS impacts the College. Your previous experience of being a subject matter expert being on an implementation team will be also required. Your excellent analytical skills will be important to perform business analysis as it relates to HRMS. You must have exceptional communication and listening skills to exchange and share complex information while navigating through this unprecedented HR change-management initiative.
