Job Description
Our client located in Woodstock, ON is currently seeking a full-time Creative Marketing Specialist and Website Coordinator on a long-term contract basis with the potential of becoming permanent for the right individual. The ideal candidate would be extremely creative, ambitious with a have high attention to detail.
Duties (May include but not limited to)
- Create and manage print/digital/email collateral to promote marketing, audience development, sales and editorial initiatives
- Design sells sheets, customized proposals, sales presentations and templates.
- Support marketing by maintaining the social media kit and creating custom content
- Assist with the development and communication of marketing and sales plans, creative briefs, promotion/sponsor recaps and sales presentations
- Incorporate circulation, marketing, research, and competitive industry intelligence into supporting marketing strategy and sales efforts.
- Assist the marketing team with writing and editing content for social media and online content
- Working closely with all departments to ensure company website is up to date and maintained.
- Ensuring company website is being fully configured by using Microsoft Dynamics
- Create renderings using Keyshot as need for Experlogix, sales, collateral and customer projects
- Ensure all sales collateral download pieces are up to date; including PDFs, CSI, Specs, JPEGs
- Maintaining product images
- Assisting with various tasks assigned by staff
Qualifications
- Minimum of a College diploma or media/web design certificate
- Knowledge of manufacturing would be an asset
- Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator
- Experience and knowledgeable with E commerce websites
- Knowledge of 2D/3D graphics
- Creative outlook; both visual and verbal
- High attention to detail
