Customer Service Representative - Admissions (ADM 201600271)
Admission Services – Domestic and International
 
Location:  London
Employment Group:  Support
Type of Position: Full-time
Salary:  $24.03 per hour
Hours:  35 hours per week  
Closing Date:  January 30, 2017
                   
Note:  This is a full-time position (35 hours per week).  
Duties:  Under the supervision of the Senior Associate Registrar, Admission Services - Domestic & International and under the guidance of the Work Team coordinator, the incumbent provides service to applicants and students while adhering to all procedures, Ministry and College policies relating to admission and registration for programs and courses offered by the College. Responds to applicant/customer inquiries, accesses supporting documentation for admission to the College and completes registration for entry into programs and courses.  

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Post-secondary 2 year diploma or equivalent in Office Administration or Business
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a computerized office, commitment to quality customer service environment within a high flow traffic area
  • Must have a high degree of accuracy, able to work under pressure during peak periods and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi task under extremely tight admission timelines
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and an ability to work in a team
  • Experience working in an Admissions office environment preferred
  • Experience with student registration/admissions system preferred
