Job Description
The Mission Store has openings for 2 Shift Leaders / Keyholders. The successful candidates will have individual shift oversight of the Mission Store by opening, closing, managing tills & product flow, while ensuring customer needs are met, customer concerns are managed well and both staff and volunteers are given guidance for roles, break times and expectations

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in Retail / Customer Service.
- Extremely personable and adept at dealing with the public.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- General mathematic skills.
- Good knowledge of effective merchandise presentation and displays.
- Good knowledge of warehouse safety and process support.
- Good working knowledge of Office 365 Teams and Outlook programs
- Experience working with volunteers is preferred.
- High School Diploma
- Current WHMIS, First Aid/CPR, CPI Training would be an asset
- French, Spanish or other language skills would be a strong asset
