Job Description

The Mission Store has openings for 2 Shift Leaders / Keyholders. The successful candidates will have individual shift oversight of the Mission Store by opening, closing, managing tills & product flow, while ensuring customer needs are met, customer concerns are managed well and both staff and volunteers are given guidance for roles, break times and expectations

 
Qualifications:
 
  • 1-2 years experience in Retail / Customer Service.
  • Extremely personable and adept at dealing with the public.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • General mathematic skills.
  • Good knowledge of effective merchandise presentation and displays.
  • Good knowledge of warehouse safety and process support.
  • Good working knowledge of Office 365 Teams and Outlook programs
  • Experience working with volunteers is preferred.
  • High School Diploma
  • Current WHMIS, First Aid/CPR, CPI Training would be an asset
  • French, Spanish or other language skills would be a strong asset

Position Details

            Part Time 24 to 32 hours
 
  • Wage: 
    $  18.58  Starting Rate
