Job Description

                                                                Assistant, Adult, Alternative & Continuing Education

(This is 3.5 hours per week to support the International Languages Program
 which runs on Saturdays from September until May)

BAND:                                      B

LOCATION:                              G. A. Wheable Centre for Adult Education (London)

HOURS OF WORK:                 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
    
RATE OF PAY:                         $18.82 - $22.57
                                                                                                    
DUTIES TO COMMENCE:       September 14, 2019

JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant, Adult, Alternative and Continuing Education provided administrative and clerical support for the programs and staff in the Adult and Continuing Education programs throughout the Board. Responsibilities may vary by specific program or location.
                                                                       
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Candidate must possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with business and keyboarding (40 w.p.m) skills. The ability to use Word and Excel are required. Skills assessment on Trillium knowledge will be required.
