Job Description
Adecco is currently recruiting to fill a QA/Containment Team Leader job for our client in Woodstock, ON. This position involves leading a team of QA inspectors to sort and re-work parts. Rate of pay for this position is $13.25/HR.

- Management of inspectors and team leaders as it relates to discipline and adherence to general rules and regulations
- Troubleshoot for continuous improvement
- Assist in departmental and corporate goals and objectives
- Liaise with shipping and receiving as it related to customer requirements
- Setup/completion of work cells, practice 5S
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Responsible for providing input into performance appraisals for team leaders and inspectors
- Responsible for monthly completion of competency review for the team leaders and inspectors
- Daily scheduling to support staffing needs
- Procurement of tools and supplies related directly to work assignments
- Actively solicit new business opportunities
- Participate in orientation and training requirements for production personnel
- Liaise with company customer representative for relevant customers
- Authorization of daily timesheets for team leaders and inspectors
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Be comfortable with hand tools
- Previous automotive and leadership experience required
- Understanding of ergonomics as it relates to setup and workflow
- Have a working knowledge of relative ISO procedures
- Be able to stand for long periods
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle as local travel is required
- Have a clear criminal record
- Flexibility to meet customer service demands
- Available to work the 3pm-11pm
- Completion of high school diploma or GED required
- Own CSA approved footwear
