My client, a family owned and operated building supply retail operation is looking for an exceptional individual to join their team in London, ON in the position of;
Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager, your will be responsible for managing all aspects of the day to day activities of the retail store. You will oversee the inside store, office and yard operations. You will oversee all staff at the store, utilizing key supervisory staff to help you. You will be responsible for hiring qualified staff, ensuring that they are trained appropriately, ensuring they follow company policies and safety protocols and that the staff provide a high level of customer service. You will also be responsible for the visual merchandising of the branch providing an attractive and well stocked environment for customers.
The ideal candidate will;

The ideal candidate will;
- Provide consistent and high standards of customer service
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers
- Create a positive work environment in which to develop and motivate your employee team
- Improve branch operations and efficiency
- Increase sales performance
- Have 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 year within a management role
- Have a good knowledge of building materials
- Be highly driven, a strong leader
- Be computer literate with excellent organization and time management skills
