Job Description

We are presently accepting applications for Temporary Office and Clerical Assistants for a need to work within schools in all areas of Thames Valley. The selected candidates will be placed on a temporary employee list to perform work on an “on call” basis and in long term assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with business and keyboarding (50 wpm) skills. The ability to use MSWord and Excel is also required. Selected candidates must successfully complete a practical skills assessment.
NATURE OF DUTIES: Temporary Office and Clerical Assistant employees are required to replace permanent Office and Clerical employees and perform work on an “on call” basis.
RATE OF PAY: $16.94 - $22.53 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
DUTIES TO COMMENCE: 2015
