Agilus Work Solutions has a one year contract for a Marketing Communications Content Coordinator, for our client, a leading multinational corporation operating in the fields of industrial, worker safety, health care, transportation and consumer goods, located in London ON.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Medical Solutions Division (MSD)  with the communications and digital strategy for the division, with special focus on developing marketing assets for a prioritized portfolio.
This role will have ownership of a prioritized marketing project and will work closely with the MSD marketing team to ensure seamless alignment to divisional marketing goals and priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support and coordinate a marketing asset rebranding project related to a prioritized portfolio, including:

·      Ensuring brand compliance

·      Coordinating legal and regulatory compliance and approvals

·      Liaising with marketing stakeholders to address comments and artwork changes outlined in the approvals process

·      Coordinating French translation

·      Uploading of assets to internal databases

·      Create written content for blogs, social posts, and customer communications

·      Supports the Marketing Communication Manager with website development, digital asset creation, customer communication, and marketing                            automation strategy

Minimum Qualifications:

·      Post secondary education

·      Previous experience in marketing communications and asset management

·      Exceptional written communication and presentation skills, able to write, edit, and publish in journalistic, research oriented and marketing styles

·      Knowledge of Microsoft Office

·      Ability to work in collaboration with cross-functional teams

·      Competitive and driven, with desire for personal growth and development

·      Excellent project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree business administration, marketing, communications, English, or public relations from an accredited university

·      Experience building and executing digital marketing campaigns

·      Bilingual preferred, not required

·      Previous experience in the health care industry and medical device regulations an asset
