Assistant Sales Manager at London Tepperman's
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, our ideal candidate is a career minded, positive and highly self motivated individual with above average communication skills. This person desires a unique opportunity to utilize their sales experience and leadership talents in a demanding and rewarding position.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team of commissioned sales people to ensure all sales targets are consistently achieved and exceeded
- Ensuring the quality of our in-store customer satisfaction
- Managing the performance of all sales staff clearly and effectively in accordance with company procedures
- Strengthening marketing results through active and effective participation in sales and marketing meetings
You should have a proven track record highlighting:
- Success in a sales environment, preferably commissioned based
- Experience in analyzing selling skills, as well as coaching salespeople to succeed
- A high achievement orientation, as demonstrated by your desire to succeed
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Availability to work a full-time retail rotation schedule which includes day-time, evening and weekend shifts as well as peak periods such as March Anniversary and Boxing Week
