Looking to hire a candidate for a reputable company in Tillsonburg, Ontario

Job description:
Two functions:
1) Lamination
- Wind turbine blades will be scanned by quality and imperfections will be pointed out.
-  Once scanned, grinders are used to take off layers of fiberglass as needed
-  Must ensure that layers are smooth

2) Grinding and Filling
- Looking for small surface contours, dimples, divets etc.,
- Once identified, use an epoxy compound to fill in and smooth out area
(VERY similar to mudding drywall)

Must haves:
- Used hand tools- be able to demonstrate a level of comfort, specifically using Grinders and Measuring tools.
- 6 months experience in a manufacturing, industrial or construction environment.
- Able to work in awkward positions and in a dusty environment
