Our client, Dell Tech Laboratories, a successful London Ontario based company, has been providing trusted and comprehensive regulatory compliance expertise and professional consulting services to the chemical speciality industry in Canada, USA and Europe for over 35 years. Dell Tech currently has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and energetic Office Administrator to the join their growing team.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Office Administrator will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and service to the Dell Tech team, while managing the following:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Office Administrator will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and service to the Dell Tech team, while managing the following:
- Monitoring project completion to ensure that all project costs are captured for client invoicing/billings.
- Managing and accurately processing all invoicing and accounts receivables/payables, including the input of financials into the organization’s accounting system.
- Generating and providing select financial reports and ensuring timely completion of all administrative functions such as bank deposits, mail and courier shipments.
- Reconciling bank statements on a monthly basis to ensure that all financial administration is kept up to date for review by the General Manager.
- Managing daily, companywide computer backups.
- Coordinating and facilitating updates to Dell Tech’s company website.
- Managing the purchase and administration of all office supplies and the upkeep of corporate office equipment.
- 3-5 years of proven experience performing in a fast paced office administration role, reporting to a General Manager.
- Experience (3 years) working with a financial software package – Quickbooks preferred.
- Experience (3 years) managing and processing accounts payable and receivables.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in a scientific environment preferred.
- A relevant post-secondary diploma/degree required.
