Job Description
Canusa/APC is a rapidly growing automotive parts distributor with locations across Southwestern Ontario. Canusa/APC is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service possible by providing them with our unique delivery service and distribution network.
Position Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Counter Representative to join our team at our Woodstock location. The individual will be responsible for the daily running and management of inbound calls through effective use of resources with responsibility for meeting, and setting, customer service goals. The position requires processing of orders by telephone using the company computer database and parts catalogues as necessary, while performing a variety of duties.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls
• Assist with customer inquiries
• Follow up calls to customers when necessary
• Check inventory for product availability
• Provide customer service to a high degree
• Ensure calls are answered in an appropriate manner
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the automotive parts or related field.
• Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills.
• Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• High level of proficiency with strong knowledge of Microsoft office and data entry.
• Time Management and deadline oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong customer service focus.
