ADECCO, on behalf of our client, are currently recruiting to fill an Executive Assistant job opportunity in London, ON.   As an Executive Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a Senior Executive. 

The job responsibilities for the Executive Assistant job includes:

  • Typing correspondence and preparing meeting minutes
  • Provides relationship management and administrative coordination
  • Managing the calendar of a Senior Executive
  • Arranging travel
  • Meeting, Seminar and Event organization and set up, assist with the creation of presentations
  • Completing expense reports
  • Coordination of annual budget submission
  • Supports team in the responding to issues, media inquiries, and coverage of work
  • Various administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years previous administrative assistant experience supporting Senior Executives required
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Experience with managing calendars in Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
  • Must be reliable and dependable
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications or Public Relations
  • Clear criminal background check required
