Our client, a waste disposal company located in St Thomas is current recruiting Garbage Collectors. This leading edge company is an industry leader in Western and Central Canada in the collection, management, transportation, recycling and disposal of industrial and commercial wastes. As a member of this dynamic team, you will be keeping the community clean with curbside garbage management!

This position would be Tuesday to Friday, 10-12 hour days, with a 630 AM start time.

Job Responsibilities

- Pitching and throwing garbage from curb into trucks
- Handling yard waste bags
- Operating the controls of the rear load

Experience Required

- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must have own vehicle
- Ability to complete repetitive movements on a daily basis
- CSA Approved steel-toed boots and safety glasses 


Salary
$14/per hour
