Job Description

Property Management company serving clients in London and area immediately seeking full-time Office Administrator with management experience to work in office, and provide professional, pleasant and hands-on service.
 
Qualifications:
 
- At least 2 years of administrative management experience involving reception/front desk coverage
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to respond to clients' needs, including excellent letter writing skills 
- Familiar with scheduling and processing a large volume of work orders, requesting quotations and interacting with contractors
- Strong ability to address competing priorities and manage workload
