Catalyst is a nationally based commercial equipment lease broker who operates across Canada and the US. Started in 2005 Catalyst has experienced rapid growth the past 12 months and has an immediate requirement for an Inside Sales Person.
Inside Sales & Support Representative:
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will understand our sales cycle from credit submission to deal funding as you will be assisting our Credit and Funding Manger during peak times. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Work closely with Credit and Funding Managers supporting them during busy times.
- Manage follow-up call campaign with newly signed customers.
- Maintain contact with prospects.
- Perform effective online demos with our online quoting tool. (www.sprintlease.com)
Requirements
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Banking or Finance background is a plus.
- University Degree or College Diploma Preferred.
Compensation
Hourly plus commission based on experience.
