Job Description
Our client in St. Thomas, Ontario is currently seeking a full-time Warranty Administrator on an evaluation hire basis. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with automotive warranties and have strong administrative skills.
Duties (may include and not limited to)
- Create, process and close all warranty repair orders
- Create, submit and follow up on warranty claims
- Work with the parts department to order repair parts and ensure all correct parts and pricing are on repair orders
- Upload claims into warranty systems
- Process all manufacturer warranties and credit customers as needed
- Answer customer and employee questions regarding warranty coverage, recalls, service and other related information
- General administrative duties as required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a similar role
- Previous automotive warranty training or experience
- Experience working within an automotive dealership considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal communication, written and verbal
- Exceptional computer skills and keyboarding abilities
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently
- Collaborative team worker and problem solver
Compensation $15.00-17.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
