Job Description

Our client in St. Thomas, Ontario is currently seeking a full-time Warranty Administrator on an evaluation hire basis. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with automotive warranties and have strong administrative skills.
 
Duties (may include and not limited to)
  • Create, process and close all warranty repair orders
  • Create, submit and follow up on warranty claims
  • Work with the parts department to order repair parts and ensure all correct parts and pricing are on repair orders
  • Upload claims into warranty systems
  • Process all manufacturer warranties and credit customers as needed
  • Answer customer and employee questions regarding warranty coverage, recalls, service and other related information
  • General administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a similar role
  • Previous automotive warranty training or experience
  • Experience working within an automotive dealership considered an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, written and verbal
  • Exceptional computer skills and keyboarding abilities
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently
  • Collaborative team worker and problem solver
Hours Monday to Friday, daytime hours

Compensation $15.00-17.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
