Utilizing custom in-house software, the successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing sensitive advertising information 20-30 hours a week in a data entry type position. You will be comfortable using computers, working independently, processing both English and French material, and be capable of prioritizing changing deadlines as necessary. 

This particular position requires availability Monday-Friday and includes holidays and occasional evening and/or weekend work.  Hours may vary as per changing deadlines and the incoming workload.  A two week training period during office hours is a requirement for the position.

• Experience in a customer focused environment 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications 
• Background in data entry, data processing, or the ability to communicate in French are considered assets
