Our fantastic call centre is growing again and we are looking to hire professional and talented Customer Service Specialists to work within our inbound division. If you have a flexible working schedule for shifts that run mainly in the afternoon/evening, 7 days a week, we need you!

You're fun, you're friendly, and you're known for your ability to connect with your customers and create amazing experiences. You have the ability to astonish and gratify our customers with your can-do attitude.

The responsibility of creating a winning customer service experience rests on your shoulders. You will achieve this by managing each customer interaction from first contact to resolution in an effective and efficient manner.

?Requirements:

• Part Time position with minimum guarantee of 22.5 hours per week with the possibility of up to 37.5 hours depending on the needs of the business.
• You must be flexible to work Sunday – Saturday within the hours of 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m.
• Your character must be fun, positive and confident with the ability to communicate clearly in a professional manner
• Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with computers in a fast-paced environment
