OPERATIONS MANAGER - Disability Claims Department - London On

Your challenge is to make an impact to the bottom line, through management of a growing Disability Claims Department.

Our Client, a well established Insurance Company, requires a strong Manager with at least 10 years experience in Insurance Disability Claims
Management. As head of this department you will manage a portfolio of up to  $2million dollars of claims.

We're looking for someone who has:
  • Previous success in negotiating and reducing the claims exposure.
  • Managed up to 10 staff.
  • Demonstrated ability in directing , motivating and coaching staff.

We require an individual with experience in:
  • Negotiating legal claims
  • A solid understanding of dealing with medical criteria and the medical professionals and treatment plans.

We require an individual who has a thorough knowledge of policy writing, interpretation and comprehension.
This individual needs to be detail oriented, concise, well spoken within insurance regulations and policies.

MBA + legal background an asset.

Salary ranges from $105-120k and there is an excellent benefit package and opportunity for bonuses.
