POSITION:
HUMAN RESOURCES – SUPPLY STAFF PLACEMENT SUPERVISOR
Full-time Term Position reporting to the Human Resources Manager
Commencing May 2016 to approximately November 15, 2016
As this term is connected to pregnancy/parental leaves, the end date is subject to change.
Hours of Work: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with occasional afternoons or evenings as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources and/or a HRPA designation
- Experience in staffing and performance management
- Working knowledge of Employment Standards and Human Rights legislation
- SKILLS REQUIRED
- The successful candidate will possess the following skills and traits:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- High energy, analytical and pro-active
- Excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well developed time management skills
- Proficiency in Windows based word processing, spreadsheets and databases, as well as Human Resources Information Systems
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Effective presentation skills
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate and maintain an efficient supply staffing process
- Performance Management
- Coordinate and present Orientations and Support Sessions
- Support the Human Resources team as required
