Job Description
- Bookkeeping for multiple companies -Manage and process A/P, A/R & Payroll, reconciliation, government remittances (HST, WSIB, T4, ROE’s)
- Preparing financial reports
- Assist the company President with presentations and preparing reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders
- Tracking of Construction programs
- Work with the external accountants
- Analysis of operating and financial performance of the company
- Property Management
- At least 5 years of accounting and financial analysis experience
- Professional designation CPA - CA, CGA, or CMA
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Good technological and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Knowledge of Construction business, Project Management
