Talentcor Tillsonburg is currently recruiting for Production Associates for their client Inovata Foods.
 

 
These are temporary to permanent roles for qualifying individuals after 3 months.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Food processing, assembly and packaging in a fast paced environment
• Lifting 20-30 lbs can be required at times
• Adhering to strict Ontario food processing safety guidelines
• Interact in a team environment
• Other duties as required by your supervisor

 
Wage: $12/hr. + Afternoon Shift Premium of $1/hr. + 4% Vacation pay weekly
Client also offers excellent financial incentive program offered for team efficiencies.
Hours: Monday – Friday 2.30pm-11pm or Monday – Friday 4.30pm – 2 am.
Must be flexible to shift hours being altered slightly due to client orders.
Skills and Requirements:
·         Reliable transportation is a must
·         Must be able to work overtime as needed
·         Ability to check the quality of work
·         Maintain and encourage a safe working environment
·         Work as a team member in all situations
