Interact Direct's Cleanlist division has an opening for a Mail Production Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail oriented and motivated individual to join a growing and successful small business.

* This is a permanent part-time position; approximately 20 hours a week.
* The office is located on Industrial Road, in London (by the Airport).
* As a candiate, you're resourceful, enjoying working alone and require minimal supervision.
* The work schedule is flexible and may be negotiated to accommodate a quality candidate.
* The salary is $15.00 an hour.

Duties include:

• Printing letters and preparing mailings using computerized equipment.
• Carefully interpreting job instructions. You will follow the production process from start to finish ensuring job quality and time efficiency objectives are exceeded.
• With your organization skills and an eye for detail, you will assemble customer communication materials - organizing, printing, collating, folding, inserting into envelopes and delivering to Canada Post.
• Organized and orderly, you will keep the shop clean and functioning at an efficient level including performing light facilities maintenance tasks.
• A team player, you will be open to perform other tasks as required in a team environment.

Prior experience in this role is not required and training is provided.

• Highly organized with ability to multi-task.
• Obsessed with details and ability to identify problems and inconsistencies.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks, maintaining job standards at all times.
• Comfortable using computers for admnistrative tasks and to run programs.
• Mechanically inclined and able to set-up and operate computerized production equipment.
• Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated - committed to perform at a high level and become a valued and long-term member of the Cleanlist.ca team
