• Individual will direct and control all logistics requirements
• Responsible for all divisonal shipping and receiving and subsequent documentation control
• Understand and maintain freight flow
• Have a working knowledge of relative ISO procedures
• Liaise with customer representatives
• Liaise with Operations as it relates to customer requirements
• Foster and atmosphere of continuous improvements
• Adherence of all health and safety regulations
• Participate in all training requirements for Material Handling personnel
• Must possess the computer skills to enter or retrieve information and create reports
• Practice 5S
• Schedule door useage (Inbound/Outbound)
• Follow-up any applicable shift requirements/issue
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience Supervising in a warehouse,  cross dock logistics environment
• Previous shipping and receiving experience is a must
• Must be able to work at a fast pace in a JIT environment
• Must have completed grade 12 education (which will be verified); post secondary education is preferred
• Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Familiarity with ISO Quality standards an asset
• Must have a valid Fork Lift license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent attendance
• Must be willing to work overtime

• Successful applicants will be put on a straight shift. 
• Wages are $18.00 an hour plus shift premium
• The company offers a benefits package.  Premiums are paid by both the employer and employee.
