Casual/On-Call Receptionist
London, ON

 
 
On behalf of our valued client we are currently recruiting for a temporary on-call receptionist. Those who qualify will be considered for other SRG clerical assignments!!  This is a fantastic opportunity for you to show your professionalism, reliability and work ethics!
 
 
Ideal candidate:
 

  • 1-2 years experience as a receptionist
  • Previous paging/intercom experience
  • Must be available for same day/on-call work
  • Strong communication abilities
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Able to maintain professionalism, keeping confidentiality and using good discretion
  • Answering the phone/forwarding messages in a professional demeanor
  • Paging employees in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask various duties in a calm manner
  • College diploma in admin studies or previous work experience in a similar role
  • OSSD or equivalent required
 
 
Compensation:
 
  • $12/hr +4% vacation pay – Direct deposit paid weekly
