We're seeking a warm, reliable, and highly organized Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team and become a central player in our patient care experience. This position is ideal for a career-focused individual looking for a meaningful, long-term role.

About this Role

This is a full-time, in-person position based in our downtown clinic — ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused, purpose-driven environment. You'll be a go-to contact for our patients’ communication, coordination, and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and professionally engage with patients — set the tone for the clinic experience.
  • Manage scheduling, calls, appointment reminders, and payments.
  • Handle front-desk flow during busy shifts and transitions.
  • Track inventory and supplement orders.
  • Coordinate testimonial and case study collection and patient communications.
  • Support social media and clinic communications (in collaboration with our content team).
  • Optional: Assist with nutrition-related communication (training provided).

What You Bring:

  • Background in client service, healthcare, wellness, office coordination, or similar
  • A passion for natural health and holistic living
  • Highly organized, proactive, and confident in interacting with people
  • Able to handle patient concerns calmly and work without hand-holding
  • Comfortable with Google Drive, email tools, and basic digital platforms
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in a chiropractic, wellness, or health setting

The weekly commitment for this position is 30-40 hours. Fixed hours run Monday through Friday, with some staggered evening and early-morning shifts. Additional and variable weekend hours are rare but may occur periodically with special events. 

This is a permanent position. Compensation is competitive and reflective of experience and industry standards.
