In partnership with Prime Management Group Inc., Autotube Limited is seeking an insightful, driven, collaborative Controller to join their fast-paced manufacturing facility based in beautiful Strathroy, Ontario!

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Controller will oversee all financial, administrative, and accounting functions of the company including budget preparation and review, modeling, reporting, forecasting, and analysis as well as inventory, capital assets, and accounts payable. This dedicated, hands-on leader will also participate in key HR responsibilities as they pertain to WSIB administration, recruitment, and wages/benefits. Additionally, the Controller will engage with third party organizations on financial and operational matters to support the company’s objectives.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, the ideal candidate will bring:

• A Canadian Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting.
• A minimum of 3-5 years work experience in an accounting role with leadership experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment. This would also be suited to someone who is currently working with an audit firm with experience dealing with manufacturing clients and wants to make their first move into industry.
• Advanced knowledge and experience using Excel.
• Appreciation for working within a mid-sized entrepreneurial environment and culture.
• Automotive experience (an asset).
