Inteqna, London office, is proud to be recruiting for a Bilingual Support Analyst (English/ French) for our client, a recognized leader in the development of end-to-end collections and recovery solutions, in London, Ontario. This is a 6 month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first line technical support by answering support queries via phone, email and online meetings
- Re-direct incoming calls and e-mails
- Log all cases and relevant details, describing extent of problem and the underlying cause on the call logging system- TS PRO+
- Follow-up on incomplete messages to learn steps taken by user and / or source of issue
- Provide advanced technical support by answering support queries via phone, email and online meetings
- Provide diagnostic and solution to the client in a timely manner
- Follow up all procedures related to own case opening, maintenance, follow up and closing
- Support users in the use of Ascend Software by providing necessary training and support advice
- Research problem and find solution
- Discuss with programmers to explain software errors or to recommend changes to programs
- Work with clients during the conversion process
- Participate in software testing
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of specific work experience
- Completion of secondary school and post secondary programs
- Must be fully bilingual in English and French
- Proven data entry, data editing and typing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet based software packages
- Knowledge of insolvency an asset
- Knowledge of Ascend an asset
- Knowledge of Insolvency Manager an asset
