Furniture Moving & Shipping
Express Employment Professionals are seeking associates with previous labour experience for various clients that offer moving and shipping services to residential and commercial clients in London area. These positions will be temporary day by day assignments; Lots of heavy lifting and working outside loading and unloading trucks of furniture etc.
Jobs may include but not limited to:
- Heavy manual labour – lifting between 30 to 50 lbs.
- Working inside and outside unloading and transporting furniture in and out of homes or offices
- Following verbal instructions carefully
- Careful lifting and handling of furniture and materials
- Ability to consistently and safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic and professionalism; ability to remain courteous and respectful of others properties and confidential information as you may be working in residential homes
- Steel toed footwear – shoes or boots with CSA certification
- Own Transportation an Asset – Carpooling or Bus Routes available for some positions
Overtime after 44 hours worked weekly
Wage is $12.00 per Hour + 4% Vacation Paid through Express Weekly
