Implementations and Training Specialist, Fixed Operations

Location – Alberta, Ontario, Remote applications will be considered
Reports to – Manager, Implementations and Training Fixed Operations
Quorum is currently looking for an Implementations and Training Specialist, Fixed Operations to join our growing team.

Implementations and Training Specialist, Fixed Operations – Quorum’s Implementations and Training Specialist, Fixed Operations will be responsible to provide new and existing client with hands-on training during our implementation process as well as services related to Quorum’s software products. You will be part of a team that is responsible for providing and testing customer set-up, conducting training sessions and investigating customer concerns through proactive customer management and “best practice” methods.

The delivery team is comprised of individuals whose combined experience will be in parts, sales, service and accounting. You will be required to travel extensively to client sites throughout Canada and the United States, typically spending 65% of the work time visiting clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Creation and updating of training team process documentation
  • Monitor the effectiveness of current training programs and help create training strategies to improved the training experience
  • Execute project tasks and ensure that project timelines and company standards are consistently met
  • Carryout setup, training and reporting protocols that help meet  departmental goals
  • Assist others in the creation of project plans and training material
  • Work closely with peers to maximize team performance and efficiency
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the customer experience is as seamless as possible
  • Conduct remote and onsite training sessions for new and existing clients

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • 3 years automotive dealership experience in the Service or Parts environment is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience providing IT support is an asset
  • Completion of some post-secondary courses preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive and confident attitude
  • Ability to work in a team environment
