Job Description

Extremely busy multi-clinic medical office in south London looking to hire medical receptionist/administrative staff for coverage of a maternity leave.

Candidates will have the following skills/attributes;

- medical office experience
- above-average interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
- excellent written and spoken English
- experience with Electronic Medical records
- experience with Microsoft Office suite
- knowledge of medical terminology
- comfortable in a computerized environment

Job duties will include:

- reception and phones
- Covid triage
- scheduling of returning patients
- cash handling for patient payments
- faxing of reports

Must have your own vehicle as no bus service to our location.  The position could evolve into a permanent full-time position.
