Job Description

Recruitment & Placement Administrator

The Job Shoppe is currently looking for a new team member to start working full time in our London office.

Requirements:

- Attention to detail

- Able to work under stress and deadlines

- Able to multitask

- Punctual and Responsible

- Must have background in the administrative field

- Comfortable speaking with people

- Open to working overtime hours and weekends as needed

 

Duties

- Screening Resumes

- Booking interviews

- Interviewing, administering testing

- Preparing daily reports

- Reporting to manager on daily basis

- Doing other administrative duties as assigned
