We are currently recruiting for experience Contact Centre Representatives that are able to work in a fast paced, high volume, sales environment.

Job Description:

• Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to incoming clients.
• Identify all sales opportunities to retain and grow the business through your ability to advise and offer clients a full range of products and services via telephone
• Enhance the customer experience by providing high quality service at every interaction and ensuring customer concerns are being handled.
• This role requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must adhere to both professional practices and standards.
• Required to meet monthly sales, customer service and productivity/ compliance targets.

Job Requirements:

• Provide superior customer service and enjoy engaging in client focused conversations. Enjoy a challenging environment, meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Possess excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Self starter who will take the initiative to obtain solutions and stay focused.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and embrace change.
• Call Centre and Banking experience is an asset.  
• Applicants must have at minimum 1 year experience in both Sales and Customer Service.
• Criminal background check and Credit check are required.

First 5 weeks all candidates will be in a training program Monday to Friday from 4pm to Midnight.

Part time hours: candidates must commit to working a minimum of 26.5 hours per week up to 37.5 hours per week. Must have flexibility to work fixed or rotational shifts within the hours of 7am to midnight Monday to Sunday.

Payrate is $17.19 per hour plus 4% vacation pay.
