TEMPORARY OFFICE AND CLERICAL ASSISTANTS
We are presently accepting applications for Temporary Office and Clerical Assistants for a need to work within schools in all areas of Thames Valley. The selected candidates will be placed on a temporary employee list to perform work on an “on call” basis and in long-term assignments.
*Applicants must be available on short notice and must be available Monday to Friday during the school year*
RATE OF PAY: $21.48 - $26.51 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
DUTIES TO COMMENCE: January 02 2024
JOB SUMMARY: Temporary Office and Clerical Assistant employees are required to replace permanent Office and Clerical employees and perform work on an “on call” basis.
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with business and keyboarding (35 wpm) skills. The ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel is also required. Selected candidates must successfully complete a practical skills assessment.

This will enable you to provide proof of Canadian equivalency when applying for a job.
