Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or Multimedia
• Use extensive knowledge of specialized design concepts, media, and software tools
   to develop comprehensive layouts and the production of digital marketing collateral
• 2+ years experience in the development of digital assets from concept to completion
   such as Graphic Emails, Landing Pages, Dark and Native Social Posts, Display Ads, etc.
• Working understanding of HTML, CSS and web standards including responsive design
   and grid systems
• Understanding of current User Interface and User Experience Design Principles
• Experience with WordPress and other Content Management Systems, and all Social
   Media Platforms and trends
• Video Editing and Mobile App development an asset
• Competency in Graphic Design principles a plus (brochures, publication ads, sales collateral)
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Interact and meet with clients in a professional manner
• Proficient in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, After Effects, Premiere,
   InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) and Microsoft Office
