Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, CarProof is excited to announce that we are hiring for the position of Account Service Executive. Interested candidates must be team-oriented with an outgoing personality who excels at phone-based customer service. They must be able to act as trouble-shooters who are passionate about finding solutions to problems and who thrive on providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position is based in CarProof’s London, Ontario head office and compensation includes base salary commensurate with experience, performance bonuses and health/dental benefits.

Position responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Answer any customer service inquiry over the phone, including retail calls
- Initiate the investigation process for any queries that cannot be addressed by an Account Service Executive
- Work closely with the inside sales team
- Respond to customer inquiries through the live chat feature on our website
- Provide value-added advice and information about our report to any customer
- Promote current products on an as-needed basis
- Fill P.O.P. orders for customers as needed
- Miscellaneous duties as required
- Post-secondary education
- Prior customer service experience required, ideally at least 1 year of successful phone-based account management experience
- It would be an asset to be fully bilingual, but this is not a requirement
- A proven background demonstrating your desire to serve
- Excellent time management skills
