As an Easyline specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our incoming call centre clients. In addition, you will contribute to our team by identify all sales opportunities to retain and grow our business through your ability to advise and offer our clients a full range of products and services to meet their needs via the telephone. (Products and services include investments, new accounts, visa products, overdraft, telephone/web banking registrations and support, bill payment registrations, processing and general enquiries).

PART TIME to FULL TIME POSITION - Great opportunity for students!
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Location: London, ON
Start Date: January 5th, 2014
Contract length: 12 months
Shifts: 6am-12am Monday-Sunday including Stat holidays - hiring for evenings at weekends
Training: 8am-4pm and 4pm-12am (midnight) Monday to Friday (37.5 hours weekly) for first 10 weeks

Qualifications:
- 1 year of sales experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Possess excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sales
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
