Job Description

  • Manage customer orders – Process POs, create work orders, confirms ship date
  • Ensure complete information from customer to process order – drawing, specifications, volume, delivery requirement
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of production process
  • Identify and resolve problems related to customer orders – OTD, quality
  • Monitor order status, provide updates to customer
  • Track, communicate and execute any customer-initiated order changes – design, specifications, delivery requirement, etc.
  • Maintain and ensure customer satisfaction

  • At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be able to read engineering drawings
  • Post-secondary education in engineering, business or any technical programs
  • Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills with the ability to effectively balance changing priorities
  • Experience in customer service an asset
  • APICS certification an asset
