Consistent with our continued expansion, we are actively recruiting a Business Development Leader, for our London office, to immerse themselves in all aspects of the business, to join our Operations Team, and to grow with us at EDPRO. In this vital role, you will rapidly assume responsibility for the Company’s business development and marketing initiatives as well as many aspects of the retail cylinder exchange business.  Exceptional organization skills, task management skills, and strong work ethic are required for this position;  the successful candidate will also have proven leadership, customer service, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Provide exceptional service to our Associate Dealers (sales), Operations Team, and customers
  • Take charge of the Company’s marketing program, including branding, website, online and social media presence, Intranet site, customer correspondence, etc.
  • Design and implement programs to ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction
  • Lead business retention, optimization, and awareness initiatives
  • Establish new internal Operating Guidelines for marketing and brand development
  • Develop and lead the execution of future advertising strategies including effectiveness measurement
  • Explore new marketing opportunities for current business segments
  • Lead retail cylinder exchange business strategies and operations
  • Co-lead the Company’s operations continuous improvement effort
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing required or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to rapidly develop a fluent understanding of propane industry
  • Energetic and forward-thinker with a minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Highly dependable and responsive; both during and after office hours
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
