We are currently conducting a search for Part Time Contact Centre Agents, Finance Division.

This role requires you to train and work on-site at our London Contact Centre. The opportunity to move to work from will become available for qualified employees, you must be within driving distance of London. This position reports directly to the Contact Centre Supervisor. Operating hours are Monday to Friday 6:45am-7:15pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:45am – 5:15pm.

The primary responsibilities of this role are:

• Multitasking in a customer contact centre
• Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing exceptional customer services to all customers
• Providing timely and accurate order entry for customers
• Accurate filing of confidential items
• Other projects as assigned

The ideal applicant will have:

• High School diploma
• Post-secondary education would be an asset • Fluently Bilingual (French/English) would be an asset
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service training would be an asset
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all contacts
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Professional, courteous and welcoming manner – both in person and on the telephone
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
