We recently opened an office in the United States and will continue to expand our presence in that market. We are currently hiring for a Learning & Development Specialist – Recruitment. 
 
Role Overview
  • You will design and train managers on the company’s top grading recruitment and selection process
  • Develop and facilitate targeted learning programs using an array of creative and experiential approaches to educate
  • Improve managers’ ability to select top talent, support managers in the development of top grading interview guides and techniques
  • Evaluate managers’ success by implementing and managing an interview certification program
  • Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on top grading recruitment practices, and monitor success be developing and reporting on key success measures. 
 
Requirements
  • The successful candidate will possess an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Adult Education, Organizational Development or Business
  • A minimum 10 years’ working experience with a blend of corporate recruiting and learning and development.
  • You are comfortable working with both front-line and C-suite executives
  • Experienced with top grading recruitment practices, exceptional course design and facilitation skills, a bias to action, excellent coaching and teaching skills, strong consulting, influencing and conflict management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment. 
  • Frequent travel between our London and Toronto offices will be required.
