Sales Management position. The selected sales professional would be trained in all aspects of vehicle sales management with the initial focus on managing the sales process. The successful candidate must have the ability to network and engage customers and employees to exceed expectations to create business oppurtunities. The best candidate is customer focused and driven to succeed to move the new, used and FI business forward. This individual requires a positive attitude with strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational and team-building skills capable of motivating the sales team to enhance and grow our business. Requirements (include but are not limited to):

• Two or more years of previous experience as an automotive Sales Consultant or Sales Manager
• Previous experience in Sales or FI Management would be an asset
• Computer and Smartphone proficient including Email, Text, Microsoft Office: Word, Exel, etc.
