Design Group London, has a contract opportunity for a Quality Assurance Associate for our client, a global manufacturer. This is a renewable contract term offering $25-$30 hourly.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the manager you will support the

• Creation, revision and approval routing of standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and other controlled documents
• Training updates, administrative requirements and invoicing responsibilities
• Regulatory and Quality set up of new products in  the database system
• Supplier Management in coordination with internal stakeholders

Additionally you will:

• Handle responses to general Information request for RA/QA
• Perform in-process quality audits and ensure correction action follow-up, if required
• Support the investigation of failures and defects, work with process owners to determine root cause and facilitate corrective action
• Participate in the Internal Audit program
• Assist in the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program to include nonconforming materials/processes or out-of-specification results, and related investigations

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Engineering from an accredited university

Other Qualifications:

• Experience in a GMP environment or with medical devices (ISO13485)
• Ability to analyze, problem solve and implement solutions in a logical manner
• Highly proficient computer skills
• Demonstrate innovative thinking to generate new ideas or alternative solutions
• Excellent organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills
